My approach to training you is routed in the synergy between your needs and my unique experience. Your individually customized program will reflect that synergy and vary from more traditional strength and conditioning to the one inspired by other arts. For your convenience and informed choice, some different programs are below performed by clients with varying fitness levels. If any of them resonate, or if you have any questions, I look forward to assisting you in your fitness journey. 

 

 

Generally, I am available for short-or long-term private and semi-private sessions along with workshops and seminars, but I am open to discussing any other wishes you may have.
