
From a very early age, I have been captivated by the power of human movement. Becoming involved in various sports at a young age, discovering martial arts as a child, and getting in to fitness as a teenager, I honed and perfected my abilities to professional level, eventually competing internationally and later sharing my skills through coaching for over a decade.
Over the last few years, my sole focus has been continuing to share my experience by helping others achieve physical and mental greatness through systematic and sustainable progress. Whether your goal is to peak for a specific event, begin or improve your no-gi grappling/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reinvigorate your current workout regimen, or just get in better shape, my approach to training you is based on the synergy between your needs and my unique experience.
Your individually customized program will reflect that synergy, drawing inspiration from various arts, unlike more traditional strength and conditioning. Types of Training

One-on-one in-person
One-on-one in-person: Want to train with me or attend one of my classes? Fantastic, I’d love to see you at any of the locations where I teach. Because of my frequent travel between the two continents, it’s always best to check with the locations directly. If I’m out of the country, I’ll refer you to a quality instructor who will take care of you until I return.

Remote
Can’t train with me in person? No problem. You can elevate your no-gi grappling game to a new level:
- Submit up to one hour of your rolling/competition footage
- Receive a fully detailed SWOT analysis (sample) aimed at
- Maximizing your strengths
- Masking and closing your weakness
- Identifying strategies to employ on your path to victory
- Learning how to successfully bounce back from a loss

Seminars
The quality of both individuals and gyms are often a reflection of the quality of the entire room. Raise both by hosting me for a seminar and leverage my expertise as a competitor and instructor, having taught over 60 seminars across various states and five countries. Of course, I am always open to discussing any other wishes you may have.
