My goal for you is to create a newly found awareness of your body and enough technical knowledge, so you can maintain and improve your health for years to come.

There are three general principles I try to fuse in every interaction. First, I believe the most important thing to establish with every client, before we embark on a fitness-training program, is a comfortable and friendly rapport. As your trainer and coach, it is very important that we communicate freely and easily, so that I can help you be successful in your program. Second, during our sessions I see to discover who you are, what you wants and needs in a fitness program are, set realistic goals, discover motivating factors and develop a customized program that fits with your lifestyle. Third, and most crucial step in our journey together, is the importance of developing a follow-through plan, so I work with you to develop one that is sustainable even after our interaction ends.
